What is a Qualifying Purchase?
In order to qualify, purchases must meet the following requirements:
- Final sales price of $100,000 or higher
- Buyer or buyer's partner is a Coastal Credit Union member in good standing

- Seller must offer a Buyer Agent commission of 2.4% or greater
- No 3rd party referral fees are involved e.g. Referral Exchange, licensed family members, other agents, etc.

*$500 cash rebate at closing requires a qualifying purchase of $100,000 or more, a Coastal Credit Union savings account in good standing and a net buyer agent commission of 2.4% received by the firm. Cash rebate to buyers is subject to Lender approval. Coastal Credit Union members can list their home for just 2.1%. Rate applies to residential homes only. Raw land rates will vary. No 3rd party referrals allowed combined with this rate. Non-member rate is 2.6%. When quoted, 4.5% commission includes a customary 2.4% Buyer Agent commission.
