We’re Fully Open to Meet Your Real Estate Needs
Daymark Realty recognizes the extraordinary circumstances of the moment and is working with clients to best meet their needs while still observing industry best practices and social distancing. Keeping our clients informed and providing transparency in our efforts is a priority.
Our agents are prepared to meet your needs with in-house and virtual appointments. When virtual meetings are desired, various communications can be used, depending on your convenience and needs. Where face-to-face meetings are desired, our agents are provided with face masks and sanitizer and have been informed and kept up to date with weekly updates on social distancing and best practices. Your health and that of our agents is our primary concern. All seminars and scheduled group meetings of more than 6 individuals will be held online.
Sanitation Stations for Every Listing
Daymark Realty began distributing Sanitation Station kits to every occupied, active listing on March 16th. These kits provide essential supplies, such as hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, disposable gloves, a small waste bin and a laminated display sign for visitors to help mitigate exposure to COVID-19. We will continue making these supplies available on an ongoing basis.

Impact to Real Estate Services
The health crisis has certainly impacted how real estate services are delivered in our area, and will likely do so for the foreseeable future. Buyers and Sellers naturally share concerns over exposure to Covid-19. Daymark Realty recognizes this concern and has augmented our services to deliver best-in-class real estate services to our clients. Daymark Realty agents have access to state of the art, immersive virtual tour technology that allows potential buyers to ‘virtually’ walk through the house and experience a depth of perception simply unachievable with standard photographs. This technology can reduce the number of individuals walking into a home and has allowed buyers to shop even while sequestered in another state. This 3D technology has enabled us to sell homes recently without the buyer ever entering them! So, despite concerns over the virus, the demand for real estate sales still persists.
New 3D Virtual Tour Technology
Most area municipalities are now reopened in one phase or another and sellers are calling to prepare their homes for the market. We anticipate a big rebound in area sales as we approach the Fall. Daymark Realty agents are working with sellers at this time to prepare their homes for this eventuality. We are also actively assisting buyers but doing so in a socially responsible manner, with social distancing and the wearing of face masks. Daymark Realty provides our agents with masks, gloves and sanitizer and holds regular weekly discussions to share best practices so that our agents stay abreast of the latest developments. All of our business partners in staging and photography are back to work. Virtual staging appointments can still be scheduled on request.
Daymark Realty agents are available to answer your questions and are committed to delivering personalized service in accordance with CDC Guidelines. We are available 7-days a week to answer your questions at 919-882-6700.
