Where face-to-face meetings are desired, it may be possible to use alternative services such as Facebook Messenger, Apple or Android video calls, Skype, etc., to satisfy that need. The firm also makes Webex licenses available for screen sharing between agents and their clients.
Sanitation Station Kits
Daymark Realty began distributing Sanitation Station kits to every occupied, active listing on March 16th. These kits provide essential supplies, such as hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, rubber gloves, a small waste bin and a laminated display sign for visitors to help mitigate exposure to COVID-19. We will continue making these supplies available on an ongoing basis.
Impact to Real Estate Services
Area municipalities are now transitioning to reopen their economies and more sellers are calling to prepare their homes for the market. We expect to see a big rebound in area sales over the next several months. Daymark Realty agents are assisting buyers and sellers but doing so in a socially responsible manner. We provide our agents with masks, gloves and sanitizer and provide regular weekly discussions to share best practices and stay abreast of the latest developments. All of our business partners in staging and photography are back to work.
